Delivery Method

Once your order has been placed, it must be validated by our order management service. This time will take less than 48 hours. Once this step is completed, you will receive an order validation email to which a tracking number will be attached.


You can find our order tracking page to find out which transport service will be supported and the status of your order on your mailbox. If you didn't receive it, contact us : contact@aldoha-shop.com


Delivery time will take 8 to 18 days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Due to current complications due to COVID-19, these delivery times may be up to 20 to 30 business days.


As a reminder, the carriers delivering your orders are external to the company, we have no control over their delivery time or the quality of their work.

 

Method of Returns

From the date of receipt of your package, you have 10 days to notify us of an anomaly or 14 days to request a return or exchange of a new item.
Certain circumstances are mandatory to allow a legitimate return, resend or refund, here they are:



If you receive damaged packages or damaged items, you have the right to withdraw by requesting an exchange of a similar or other item, or to request a refund by completing the form on our General Terms and Conditions in Appendix 2.
Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing them to be put back on the market in new condition, accompanied by the purchase invoice. A delivery from the carrier returned to our services in the event of absence at your home or non-collection at the relay point. This results in the return of a new item or the refund of your order depending on your choice.

If one or more of these conditions is respected, we will verify the conformity of your request and will apply the process of a refund on your order.


The refund will be made to your original payment method. Processing time may take 7-14 days visible in your bank account.
